We are actively seeking results-oriented, Senior Business Systems Analysts to help our client ….
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for the functional and technical design specifications for initiatives adding new features and functionality to our client's B2C and B2B eCommerce systems.
- Implement the new functionality in the Web systems
- Works with the business to fully understand the business requirements and a gain a complete understanding of the business strategy.
- Leads analysis of business requirements to determine impact to existing processes and systems, utilizing advanced knowledge of process/systems and other transferable skills.
- Prepares associated documentation, such as Process Design Document, Functional Specifications and Technical Specifications.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years Software / Business process design experience (process modeling, use case analysis)
- 3 years Requirements / Design Facilitation (creating requirements and functional/technical specifications)
- 1 yr Ecommerce,
- 1 yr SOA, service oriented architecture – highly integrated enterprise systems
- Ideally come from a technical background, can write simple SQL queries, understand databases and networks
Nice to have:
- Telecommunications industry or other fast paced environment
- Mobile applications
- B2C, B2B
