Job Title : Project Manager Manufacturing Systems

Location : Harrisburg, PA

Duration : 6+ Months

Interview Type : Phone + F2F / Skype

 

 

Role requires occasional travel worldwide and flex daily work schedule to allow for time-zone differences for global team communications.

 

MUST HAVE:

• 8+ years of IT project management experience including:
  • Experience managing multiple, complex projects across functional, technical, and geographical boundaries
  • Directing all phases of a project from budgeting, requirements gathering and quoting to staffing, quality management and on-time delivery
  • Employee supervision experience as a team or project leader responsible for engineering projects and/or engineering software applications. 1-3+ years of team/project leader experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience working on MES/Manufacturing Systems projects
• Domain knowledge on Design Engineering, Manufacturing, MES, Scada, PLC systems
• Solid understanding of Manufacturing concepts and how they relate to the engineering/product life cycle from concept through design, mfg, test and service
• Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Project
• Excellent organization and communication skills with demonstrated business savvy to interact with management, users, contract resources, vendors, and other IT teams
• Strong analytic skills and understanding of data-driven business decision making
• The candidate must strive for continuous improvement and measurable efficiency gains

 

NICE TO HAVE:

• Ignition experience
• Experience working in a global organization
