Job Title: Business Analyst w/ customer onboarding experience

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Duration: 12 Months

 

• Interact with business stakeholders , create and review documents

•Develop and/or update business process maps

• Identify process pain points

• Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

•Should have basic understanding of relational databases (Oracle, SQL, Sybase)

•Develop and apply functional testing scripts

•Team player with ability to interact with both Business and Technology colleagues

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

•Experience with Wealth Management client on-boarding and new account opening processes, including Know Your Client (KYC) requirements
