Upgrade and BASIS Support (24*7), SAP R/3 and NetWeaver Administration.

• Experienced in R/3 4.6, 4.7, Enterprise Central Component (ECC 5.0, 6.0), BW 3.1/3.5/7.31, SAP BI 4.0/4.1, SRM 3.0/4.0, CRM 7.0, NetWeaver 2004 (Enterprise Portal 5.0), NetWeaver 7.0/7.31/7.40, and Solution Manager 7.01/7.1, SAP BPC, SAP LRM, SAP Bank Analyzer

• Experienced in Database Administration, Performance Tuning, System copies, System refreshes, EHPi Upgrades, ECC Upgrades, BW/BI Upgrades, SCM /APO Live Cache Administration, Solution manager and has excellent troubleshooting skills.

• Installation/upgradation and configuration of SAP NetWeaver 04/04s-Application Platform Stack

• (J2EE, ABAP), People Integration Stack (EP), BI, SAP NW 7.31/7.40 and have good knowledge on these new dimension products.

• Expert in Transport Management System, CTS(+)/TMS setup and transport.

• Expert in Performance Tuning - Memory Management, Database Tuning and OS Tuning.

• Experienced in System monitoring: CCMS configuration and Solution monitoring.

• Experienced in Setting up Central User Administration (CUA) and user maintenance with UME.

• Experience in applying OSS notes, support packages and upgrading kernel.

• Strong Analytical, Presentation and Communications Skills.

• Create and maintain system support documentation.
