§ 7+ years of experience as Pega Business Analyst
§ 3+ years of experience in Financial / Banking domain
§ Exceptional knowledge about PEGA Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) methodology
§ Experience in Pega Smart Disputes
§ Experience in Pega 7.x
§ Delivery of large scale systems.
§ Credit Card Disputes domain knowledge
§ A proven hunger to learn new technologies and translate them into working software
§ Ability to effectively communicate to internal and external business partners

Roles and Responsibilities:
§ Fully understand business needs and requirements for Smart Disputes Application
§ Lead the effort in gathering and understanding requirements and use cases
§ Interface with business team to assist in conducting business analysis and requirements gathering.
§ Perform Business  architecture blueprint within Pega PRPC using the Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) methodology
§ Enforce best practices in Pega Business architecture and functional requirements
§ Anchor the Requirement Discussions with Business and IT Stakeholders
