Role: Technical Business Analyst ( with TELECOM DOMAIN EXP mandatory)
Location: Philadelphia, PA
LOCALS TO PA/CT/DE/NY/NJ/MD/VA/DC highly preferred

Rate: $55/hr on C2C
Duration : 6-12 months
TOP SKILLS :
· TELECOM DOMAIN exp
· BA Experience should be more than 10+ years of experience.
· At least 2-3 recent projects in UI/web or exp in java based projects as BA .
Experience
· Project management, Business Analysis and trafficking progress of requests.
· Communication across cross-functional teams in a corporate environment
· 4+ years working with Microsoft Office Products.
· Bachelor's Degree
· Experience working with consumer-facing apps or websites
· Basic design, java, Java Script and frontend technologies experience
Responsible for
· Acting as an effective liaison between the business departments, IT departments, and external vendors providing IT related services.
· Working with Business and Product Owners throughout organization to identify, gather, and document business and functional requirements for consumer facing web applications. Ensures that requirements are well understood and executed upon in a way that meets and exceeds stakeholder expectations.
· Work with development team to resolve issues with stakeholders' business rules, operation's specifications, and interface specification solutions as the initiation point for new technology requests.
· Work proactively with other IT Groups to successfully size, implement and maintain the operation of a variety of web based and third party hosted applications
· Updating Supervisor on all standard web change requests, key projects and daily workflow. Identify opportunities for process efficiencies.
· Project management and trafficking progress of requests.
· Document meeting recaps, issues, action items, user requirements, or deliverables from project meetings.
Main Accountabilities: In addition to following policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
· Identifying, gathering, and writing business and functional requirements assisting with user stories and serving as the liaison between business owners and software development teams
· Identify and gaps in requirements, cross-department coordination needs, and risks to implementations; and the ability to work with the right stakeholders to mitigate those risks.
· Develop product ownership by growing an understanding of applications and corporate business processes, issues and data challenges.
· Work with team to development team to determine level of effort, build timelines and manage expectations.
· Participate in release planning by working with business owners to gather and articulate all of the requirements needed for a successful project implementation.
· Educating business and product owners on web change request process and requirement writing.
