Role: DevOps Project Manager
Location: Sunnyvale CA
Duration: 6+ Months
Description:
· We're looking for DevOps Project Manager to join our DevOps team in driving our multiple projects. Additionally, we'll look to the Project Manager to continue to improve our processes.
Specific Responsibilities will include:
· Organize and coordinate DevOps activities across multiple, geographically distributed teams
· Manage issues and risks, create mitigation plans and escalate to appropriate stakeholders appropriately
· Assist users and stakeholders with understanding the capabilities in meeting our product portfolio commitments, execution, and reporting needs. This requires an understanding of the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and execution processes, and the roles Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers and Testers play on each team.
· Drive release planning sessions and cross-scrum dependency tracking
Run multiple scrum teams as the ScrumMaster
· Monitor change in DevOps project scope to ensure that projects are aligned with DevOps priorities
The Successful Candidate will need
· Strong experience with Agile. Scrumaster certification a strong plus
Experience driving projects within DevOps
· Demonstrated success leading multiple, concurrent projects
Experience with Cloud/SaaS products. Experience with hybrid and/or on premise software applications a strong plus.
· Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to interface with people across multiple organizations, including executive staff.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· BS in computer science or related technical discipline
