What You'll Do: ·         Lead the design and development of an automation testing framework ·         Create and maintain automated functional and regression tests ·         Identify and provide solutions for gaps in automation test coverage ·         Work closely with the Product team to understand their expectations of how a feature would function ·         Work with the developers to write integration tests ·         Work with the team to automate the execution of the acceptance tests ·         Collaborate with the team on the next phase of our CI ·         Create quarterly/annual goals and standards for automation testing ·         Evaluate existing testing methodologies and suggest new techniques that will help deliver high quality features faster ·         Maintain a solid understanding of QA workflows, automation best practices, and agile methodologies ·         Maintain proficiency technology stack including use of systems, tools, and processes within the Technology department ·         Mentor other members of the team and provide training, support and best practices in automation QA  Who You Are: ·         You have at least 8 + years of experience in automation QA website testing ·         You have strong knowledge a common scripting languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, JavaScript, or PHP ·         You have worked with testing frameworks like Junit, TestRunner, Selenium or Behat ·         You have experience with SQL databases ·         Shell scripting is a plus ·         Exposure to mobile app testing is a plus ·         You enjoy mentoring your colleagues in automation QA ·         You thrive working in an agile, cross-functional team environment and are able to effectively communicate ideas and opinions to the team ·         Background or intellectual curiosity in financial services and/or real estate is a plus   Pranay I IT Recruiter D (312) 448 6138 I Fax 248.715.6434.
