·        Good understanding of EDI and processes
·        To  know the 850 /855/856/810/940/943/944/945
·        Understand ANSI X12 format
·        General concept of how an EDI transaction is setup for the enveloping and looping
·        Understanding of running queries and the AS400 or equivalent mainframe structure
·        General understanding of an EDI transaction is received and passed through to other systems
·        Understand what a trading partner is, its function as it relates to EDI setup.
