Mandatory Skills:
·        2 years of experience with Workday HCM integrations (EIB, Studio integrations a plus) with some functional knowledge of Workday HCM.
·        Good communication skill, can work independently, ability to lead, proactive, strong analytical skill and problem solving skill.  
·        3-5 years Programming skill is required – preferred languages XSLT, SQR. If candidate has programmed in other languages, it is okay also. The experience is there, only different syntax which can be learned easily.
·        Oracle SQL, Knowledge of database, UNIX scripting. Understand SOX audits process.
