Job Description:
·        Must have minimum Bachelor's degree in EE/EC from a reputed institute  
·        Must have at-least 6+ years of work experience should be related to design, development and design validation testing Telecom/Datacom System and network elements.
·        Should have experience with Optical Technology in the GPON/XPON/EPON technology
·        Should have experience with telecom interface POTS, Data and Video interfaces testing.
·        Must have more than 5 year direct experience with Hardware Board Design, High Speed digital Interfaces with 10 GHz and also experience with Multi-Core Intel Processors highly desirable.
·        Experience with I/O Peripherals, NPU's desirable. Excellent Board bring-up skills. Signal Integrity Knowledge with hands on experience highly desirable
·        Must understand aspects of high speed board design including signal integrity theory and applications, termination strategies, power delivery system
·        Must have experience taking a board /system design from concept all the way to production
·        Must be able to write board layout guidelines and interact with CAD team for layout work
·        Must have strong background in system design and architecture and various Peripheral interfaces
·        Must have High Speed Backplane design experiences
·        Must have excellent, hands-on lab bring-up experience
·        Knowledge of RF interface and testing
·        Knowledge of system level analysis is a plus.
·        Must be proficient with high speed Digital Scopes, DCA, logic analysers, processor JTAG debuggers and other lab equipment
·        Must have detailed working knowledge of high speed differential interfaces such as Interlaken, PCI Express, SRIO, 10-Gig, XAUI, XGMII, SPI/SFI LVDS, LVPECL, CML, SSTL
·        Must be able to work with minimum supervision
·        Self-motivation, teamwork and communications skills are essential
