2) Role: SAP Deployment Manager with EWM & Supply Chain
Location: St Louis, MI / Remote
Duration: 6-12 months
Number of positions: 3 (2 will be travelling extensively in US, Canada & Mexico and 1 will be travelling to Europe)

What You Will Be Doing
Own strategy and long term vision for SAP Solution Manager Roadmap and Deployment Planning
Manage and develop an SAP deployment team
Responsible and Accountable for the roll out of SAP Change and Deployment Management Projects Responsible and Accountable for defining and managing the global deployment
Support the training of new IT Team Members on the use of the Solution Manager tools and processes
Lead effectively in a matrix organization
Evaluate and assign an environment for a specific change
Track changes as they are promoted from one environment to the next
Identify dependencies and resolve technology conflicts within the enterprise releases
Work with the development manager to establish and manage a controlled release process
Participate in evaluation of readiness for a release
Manage and execute production cutover plans
Meet financial commitments
During SAP releases, weekend work will be required
Domestic and Internal travel is required
Miscellaneous duties as assigned
What You Need for this Position
-Minimum 5 years of full cycle SAP project management experience
-Minimum of 7 years of SAP functional expertise is required
-Strong knowledge of SAP EWM & Supply Chain
-Strong knowledge of integration across all modules, specifically logistic, production and finance.
-Knowledge of interfaces between SAP and other systems
-Understanding business requirements and translate into SAP solution
-Global Project Management is required
Academic Requirements:
•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field
•Ability to effectively manage resources where other team members may be located throughout the world
•Ability to influence the actions of personnel outside of your direct reporting structure
•Self-starter with the ability to independently resolve issues and deliver results
•Strong diplomatic, communication, and relationship building skills
•Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
•Ability to travel extensively
