Interview Mode: Telephonic + Skype
Skill Category: Forefront Identity Manager 2010 R2 portal as well as FIM Synchronization service manager

Mandatory Skills:
·        Minimum 3 years of hands on experience on Forefront Identity Manager 2010 R2 portal as well as FIM Synchronization service manager
·        Hands on Experience working on C# .NET
·        Experience to configure the out of the box Management Agents and custom Management Agents
·        Experience in implementing a rules extension using C# .NET
·        Knowledge about the Management Policy Rules, Sets and workflows
·        Experience in implementing PowerShell scripts
·        Basic knowledge about the System Center Service Manager (SCSM) reporting module
·        Should be able to work in an application support model and able to coordinate with offshore team members

Preferred skills: Any Identity tool hands-on experience with the knowledge of Identity management

Job Responsibility:
·        Provide the workaround for the user issues based on the request
·        Analyze the existing issue to identify the root cause
·        Resolve the issue in the existing identity environment based on the root cause
·        Offshore co-ordination calls on a daily basis
