Principal Consultant – PeopleSoft Technical

A. 7+ Years of Relevant PeopleSoft HRMS Implementation and / or
Upgrade and / or Enhancements Experience.
B. Strong Technical skills in PeopleSoft Technology (App Engine,
Component Interface, PeopleCode and SQR) and
C. Should have worked in Conversion Projects .
D. Good Understanding of HRMS modules (Core HR, North American
Payroll, Time & Labor and/or Benefits Administration)
E. Sound knowledge in the Self Service modules (ePay, eBenefits,
Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, eRecruit and
eCompensation)
F. Should be able to develop Technical Specification Document using
Functional Specifications Document.
G. Should be self starter, having Good Communication Skills with the
right attitude.
H. Should be able to create SOWs.
I. Should be able to lead team(s) and mentor Functionally and
Technically.
J. Should have strong Client Interaction skills.

Location- Bangalore, 1 Position

Notice Period- not more than 45 days

Does not require working In US Shifts.
