Title : Host Security Analyst
Location: White Plains,NY  
Duration: 6-12 months (on W2)

Job Summary:
•Ability to define and review the architecture, and assist with testing, rollout and maintenance of an Enterprise Anti-Virus   Anti-Malware infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to Work as part of an Information Security team, other IT teams and business units on the   configuration and installation of Enterprise Host Intrusion Detection / Prevention and Desktop Firewall applications.
• Significant experience in Developing and architecting effective solutions for report distribution system.
• Host Security Teamexperience with Vulnerability Scanning tools and the maintenance of those systems.
• History of Championing and enforcing Information Security Policies with an emphasis on Host Security. Hold meetings and   conference calls and speak publicly as needed.
• Author and maintain documentation on the systems, procedures and processes as necessary.
• Highly skilled in the following Operating Systems / Databases; Unix (Solaris, HPUX, AIX,) Red Hat Linux, Windows, MSSQL and   Oracle with a security emphasis.
• Excellent general networking knowledge including security implications of all aspects of networking including
• Hardware infrastructure –Routers, Switches and Firewalls with an emphasis on security configurations
• All networking protocols including the tcp/ip stack.
• Facility in Scripting and the use of timesaving tools.
• Ability to participate in forensic analysis. Well versed in change control procedures and the adherence to the same.
• Experience in the Hospitality Industry with and emphasis on Information Security preferred.
• Ability to communicate well in English in both verbal and written form o Networking knowledge highly desirable o Specific   and significant experience with McAfee Vulnerability Manager aka McAfee Foundstone

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

The candidate MUST be able to work in White Plains and Stamford MUST be able to start immediately The candidate MUST have all of these skills:
• Strong TCP/IP networking skills
• CISSP, CCNA, etc. certifications preferred
• Experience with the following security products:
• Significant experience in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco PIX/ASA firewalls,switches,routers,and WLC
• Experience with Check Point firewalls and Provider-1 management infrastructure
• Experience with analyzing and approving firewall requests
• Experience with setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting McAfee Vulnerability Manager
• Experience with managing a 3rd party service provider.
