Transfer knowledge to the team in the areas of expertise.7-10 years of experience Help researching new technologies (e.g. Advanced Compression, ASM, Advanced Security, RAC). Ideally the new person already has experience in these areas.Scripting (e.g. Perl, Shell), documentation and qualification, tool integration, ITIL processes are general areas that are
very important to the job.
