POSITION:  Datamart /Data Analyst

LOCATION:  Boston, MA

DURATION:  6 Months

EXPERIENCE (YRS) : 5+ Years

INTERVIEW TYPE: Telephonic

 

Job description:

The position requires a strong background in data warehouse concepts, data analysis, and financial services. These individuals will be working closely with the business/technical analysts and developers to translate report requirements into data mart requirements, perform data mart configuration using our self service tools, and support the report developers through the entire development life cycle. Good communication and documentation skills are needed as well.



·         5+ years of business and data analysis experience

·         Experience in data modeling

·         Strong knowledge of data warehouse concepts

·         In depth knowledge of relational database structures, including complex joins and entity relationships

·         Working knowledge of report writing tools such as Business Objects/Cognos and Jasper

·         Domain knowledge of Financial Services, specifically middle office functions

·         Knowledge of State Street's Enterprise Application Suite a plus.
