Network Analyst-Basic knowledge of wireless communication Basic Knowledge on Next generation networks Should be able to lead a team involved in create, assign, follow up and update/close trouble tickets (TT). Expert understanding on any Telecom Network monitoring tool. Should be able to  analyse  trouble tickets and provide recomendations.
