Job Title: Speech Platform Specialist
Duration: 6-12 Months + extendable
Location: Irving, TX
Job Description:
- 3+ years of experience with large scale enterprise applications and speech voice portal technologies (Voice Genie, Nuance OSR and RealSpeak TTS).
* Identifies and resolves technically issues with Genesys Voice Genie and Nuance Speech Server infrastructure
* Instrumental in resolving speech application related production outages and fast turnarounds
* Strong knowledge of different components of Voice Genie 7.X and OSR 3.0.4/3.0.12/ Nuance 9.X versions and their interaction
* Assists in deployment, upgrade and implementation of speech platform for various voice portals applications
* Assists in the development and stress testing of Speech voice portals
* Coordination with vendors for production support incident reports and tickets on daily basis.
* Advanced speech platform related UNIX scripting ability(used on a daily basis)
* Expertise in troubleshooting, and serving in a post-production support role
* Knowledge of Linux environment
* Quick learner with Good communication skills
* Self-motivated individual with ability to identify pain points and recommend solutions
* Ready to Work in off hours at times
