Job Description:
Skill - Project Management
Conceptual awareness of core project management techniques and some practical experience (PRACTITIONER) Practicing Project manager who has either completed aformal course in project management techniques, behavioural skills, have someteam handling experience or demonstrated sufficient experience in projects handled and/or has cleared suitable internal assessments Will be responsible for medium sized projects or projects of moderate criticality (defined byinternal and customer context) and be able to handle projects with varying scope and conflict with some level of supervision and guidance fromline/practice manager Will be responsible for delivering the project using organization project management/execution tools to effort, cost, schedule and quality Will be responsible for planning, tracking, reporting (internal andexternal) project performance (status and progress) on a periodic basis Will beable to evolve risk mitigation and contingency plans and be able to work with internal supervision/guidance to manage internal and external conflicts
Skill - SCM
| SCM :- Should have proficiency of at least one end to end process of SCM: Sales and Operations Planning, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Distribution Planning, Logistics Execution etc Should be having expertise in atleast one of the SCM systems Should have proficeincy in SCM processes and have knowledge of latest trends in SCM Should understand business KPIs in his area of expertise Should have Knowledge of project phases in SCM implementation
