Job Title   :Senior/Lead Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst

Location   :Orlando, FL

Duration   :6  month contract 

 Project: Microsoft Migration HR Release 7

This is the seventh project release in the Microsoft Migration HR Program. This project will focus on converting multiple applications to newer supported technology.

The Senior/Lead Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst is responsible for ensuring software quality in Information System's projects. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Target candidates that have 4 – 7 years experience in software testing and quality assurance. 

5 years experience in the Senior/Lead SQA Analyst position is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience is preferred .

The Senior/Lead Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst responsibilities include the following:

Test Planning

Test Analysis

Test Design

Test Case Creation

Testing

Project Metrics

Education and mentoring

REQUIRED SKILLS

Demonstrated ability to analyze the complexities of large projects and derive high level strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure quality of the entire testing life cycle

Senior Level understanding of development and testing methodologies

Senior Level understanding of the testing environments from a functional and technical level

Experience leading SQAs at all levels and providing appropriate mentoring and coaching

Good planning and organization skills

Excellent communication skills, as well as an ability to follow standards

Ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity
