We are looking for a developer who is more senior and can help direct others. The skill set needed is Java, Spring, Hibernate and spring MVC front-end development with a strong database background.
The project is primarily front and back-end work to support internal printing operations. The web development that we need will be entirely for internal use, for reporting and operational functionality.
The basic job description:
Senior/Lead Java Systems Developer – Responsible for development of internal web pages and the services those pages will depend on, learning new third-party systems, designing and implementing integration solutions for those systems and other back-end systems, and directing a small team of other developers on the same project.
5+ years experience in systems and web service development using Java with Spring, Hibernate, or JAXB/XML, JSON and JMS or other message queueing
Demonstrated ability to direct and mentor other developers.

Job Description: .Net Developer
We are looking for an individual to help us automate Home Health, Hospice, and Private Duty workflow utilizing existing 3rd party tools or creating new tools. This is a six(6) month contract position which may be extended at client's discretion.
Requirements
The position will work within a project team environment, helping to design, develop, validate and deploy a customizable workflow engine. As a member of the project team, responsibilities will include problem analysis, software design, implementation and testing of features, enhancements and bug fixes. The position must be able to work in a collaborative environment consisting of multiple programming teams, QA, product and other management.
Job Skills/Requirements
· 6-10 years overall application development and analysis experience
· 6-10 years experience developing Windows Forms applications using C#
· 6-10 years relational database programming experience in SQL Server
· 3-10 years Business Process Management engine implementation experience with visual diagramming controls
· Ability to provide guidance / oversight to appropriate junior staff
· Technical experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
· Experience using MVP, WCF is a plus
· Meticulous attention to detail in porting existing workflow - Delphi experience a plus
