Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working well individually as well as with a team
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Absolutely required – senior WebSphere Commerce experience
Java, J2EE, eclipse, Subversion, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
3 years experience as a team lead
Agile experience
Experience writing technical requirements, Use Cases, Test plans
