Essential

- Strong Java/J2EE knowledge with

- Core Java, Object Oriented programming and multi-threading skills

- Client-server based systems using EJBs, web services, JMS, Hibernate

- Web Application development using JSP, struts, tiles or the likes

- Oracle : SQLs and stored procedures

- Weblogic

- Unix shell scripting
