Job Description:
-->Project Management(L2)-Conceptual awareness of core project management techniques and some practical experience (PRACTITIONER) Practicing Project manager who has either completed formal course in project management techniques, behavioral skills, have some team handling experience or demonstrated sufficient experience in projects handled and/or has cleared suitable internal assessments Will be responsible for medium sized projects or projects of moderate criticality (defined by internal and customer context) and be able to handle projects with varying scope and conflict with some level of supervision and guidance from line/practice manager Will be responsible for delivering the project using organization project management/execution tools to effort, cost, schedule and quality Will be responsible for planning, tracking, reporting (internal and external) project performance (status and progress) on a periodic basis Will be able to evolve risk mitigation and contingency plans and be able to work with internal supervision/guidance to manage internal and external conflicts
-->Oracle Apps(L3)-Aware of integration between related modules of Oracle(End to End scenarios like P2P which involves INV, PO,AP,GL modules. Aware of business processes and data requirements to execute the business processes in Oracle. Understand the Oracle apps Business process Setups and Configurations. Able to document the business processes and map clients business processes with Oracle Vanilla Business process. Able to understand the Customizations from the functional documents and also understand the Interfaces to legacy. Exposure to New emerging technology and upgrades in Oracle Apps space like Fusion, BPEL (R11.5.10 to R12upgrade) Able to lead a team of particular track and be responsible for the deliverables. Consolidate and send the daily status reports to the PM.
-->Oracle SCM(L4)-Understanding of all business process flows in synchronization with ERP Expert in either Manufacturing or distribution or Planning modules Understand the setups and business implications of the setups Conduct business discussions with the customer to understand requirements.
