We've Urgent requirement with one of our direct client CDH (Customer Data Hub) (MDM) Functional Analyst Job Opening San Jose, CA 

Title: Oracle CDH (Customer Data Hub) (MDM) Functional Analyst

Location: San Jose, CA

Duration: 6 months

Need Local to California to Attend in person interveiw

 

Responsibilities:

•             Design and maintain the business process in integration of Multiple Source Systems into CDH

•             Design and maintain the data cleansing process in CDH

•             Design and maintain the data enrichment process in CDH

•             Design the Word Replacements to standardize the Customer Master Data

•             Design, Fine Tune and maintain the Match Rules in CDH for De-duplication of Customer Master Data within Source systems and across source systems

•             Design multiple hierarchies for customer master data based on source systems and also based on DUNS Hierarchy

•             Train the Data Steward with the data cleansing activities

•             Architect the SST and survivorship rules in the merge process of the CDH de-duplication

•             Involvement in Integration of Oracle R12 (CDH) system with outside vendors.

 

Core skills:

•             7+ years of IT industry work experience as Business Systems Analyst in EBS and CDH business systems analysis, solution design, and deployment using Oracle applications.

•             5 years of experience Supporting/Implementing/configuring Oracle CDH

•             Strong knowledge of Integration with Oracle CDH with different source systems is needed

•             Expertise in Oracle MDM and CDH best practices, including at least two full cycle implementation

•             Expert knowledge of Oracle CDH architecture and administration and the ability to quickly diagnose and solve system problems

•             Detailed functional knowledge of Oracle Customer Online Super user, Oracle Customer Data Librarian and Trading Community Manager

•             Demonstrated successful working relationships with IT and Business customers               

•             Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language to end users and Senior management

•             Excellent communication and presentation skills

•             Exceptional customer service orientation and collaboration skills

•             Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

•             Strong multi-tasking capabilities

•             Strong Oracle SQL and Data analysis skills

•             Good Understanding of TCA Architecture

•             Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

 

Optional skills:

•             Conceptual Understanding of PDH and Contact MDM Implementations

•             Work Experience in EBS, SFDC, PRM, POS related environments
