Job Description

Primary Skill: 4-6 yr

1.      Good Experience in OS Troubleshooting (Windows XP and Windows 7).

2.      Basic application troubleshooting knowledge.

3.      A+ Certification

4.      Good Hands on Experience in  IMAC activities.

5.      Good Experience in Data Backup Techniques.

6.      Knowledge in Networking. (LAN/WAN)

7.      Good hands on experience in Hardware Support. (Printers, Laptops, desktop,Mobile devices)

8.      Excellent communication skills.

9.      Good Customer/Vendor handling skills.

10.  Experience in HP laptop hardware.

11.  Troubleshooting desktop client applications like Siebel, etc

12.  Call center users support for Phones and Head sets.

Secondary Skill:      

1.      Good understanding of Incident and Request Management(ITIL-Framework).

2.      ITIL Certification.
