   Working with technical team members to obtain installation, design, configuration and maintenance information for each software tool
   Documenting product information used to design, install, implement, and maintain software tools
   Creating system administration manuals for technical users
   Creating training materials for technical users
   Supporting logistics for training delivery to technical users, including creation of training data and production of materials
   Supporting delivery of training to technical users, including coordination of trainer resources and participating in delivery of training
   Supporting review and revision of written project deliverables as requested
