Job Description

Skill1 - Performance Test Engineering (L4)

Experience in analyzing the bottlenecks and identifying an optimal configuration Proficient in the concepts of Capacity Modeling Hands-on Knowledge on any one Open Source Tools like OpenSTA, WebLoad, JMeter, WAS etc. Proficient in authoring Test Tools for Performance that includes the Data Loader, Resource Monitor, Results Macro etc.

Skill2 - Application Testing (L3)

Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases. Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Orthogonal Array Tool. Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with Client tool.

Skill2 - Load Runner (L3)

Experience in Load Runner Diagnostics Tool to identify bottlenecks at various application layers (includes Deep Diagnostic Tools, Site Scope or Interscope)
