Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI: Telephonic+F2F WPF or Windforms -multi-threading -synchronizattion -Object Oriented Programming (need to know 3 tenets of OOP for interview) -understand full development lifecycle -heads down developers - no team leads Basic Qualifications: -7 + years of app dev and implementation exp. Minimum Qualifications: -5+ yrs of .Net, SOA in an n-tier environment -5+ yrs of RMDBS (Sybase, MSSQL, Oracle, etc.) -5+ yrs of complete software dev lifecycle comfortable with code control, build and deployment, automation of jobs, testing and support. -Results oriented with the proven ability to deliver high quality, robust solutions within a small timeframe and with maintainability of source -Exposure to Agile dev model -Demonstrates excellent communication skills and comfortable dealing with traders, middle office, operations, and risk organizations. -Experience with 3rd party controls (dev express, infragistics, etc.) and the creation of custome visual objects. Peferred Skills: -Preferred experience with broad capital markets including cash, derivitives. equities, foreign exchange, commodoties, etc. -Experience of other technologies such as web services, messaging, Scripting, Unix, Javascript, HTML, Expression Studio (Blend). -Masters Degree -Experience with visualization of large complex data.
