Experience implenting software solutions from scratch without leveraging an existing application or infrastructure
Direct experience with MongoDB or another NoSQL implementation
Experience with Jackrabbit and JCRs
Exp in high performance cloud application deployment
Knowledge and exp with Java and/or Perl
Exp instituting test driven development and continuous integration process
