Location: Plano, TX
Duration: 6+ months
Rate: $45/hr all inclusive

Job duties and responsibilities are focused on ITSM/ITBM Reporting solution (BOXI) requirements and development activities, which include, but are not limited to:
• Requirements Analysis and Design
• Creation of Technical Design Documentation & Mockups
• Capable of conducting End User Demos of reports/reporting functionality
• Business user consulting on best practices and approaches based on industry experience
Technical Skills – Business Intelligence
• BOXI Server Administration
• Server Management
• Connection Mgt
• Report Migration (From pre-prod environments through to production)
• Applying BOXI platform patches and upgrades
• Application Tuning and Troubleshooting
• Report Scheduling and Delivery
• SSO Integrations
• Universe development
• Connection Troubleshooting
• Element Creation
• Web iReport Development
• Simple data reports
• Complex Charts/Graphs
Additional Technical Skills:
• Oracle 11g Databases
• Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise LINUX
• Experience with BMC Analytics reporting solution
• Experience integrating with BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite (ITSM)
• Service Desk (Incident and Problem Mgt)
• Service Request Management
• Problem Mgt
• Change Mgt

• Minimum 3-5 yrs of experience with Business Objects XI
• Experience architecting, implementing, developing, configuring and integrating BOXI oriented solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Windows/Linux experience
• Oracle Database Experience
• Remedy performance tuning and optimization
