Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI: Telephone + Face to Face We need someone who has advanced load runner scripting experience as well as excel macro knowledge. experience in Java would be a nice to haveProvide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts. Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team's overall test objectives. Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable. Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date. Job Description:  7+ years of working experience with Load Runner Tool Should have good communication skills and ability to interact with various stake holders Responsible for creating & executing Performance Test strategy and Plan Ability to identify type of performance tests needed based on business and technical requirements Ability to pin point the performance bottlenecks in the application and provide solutions Prior experience with distributed work environment
