Location : Richmond  VA

Duration : Long-term

Load content blocks into Stellent
Load assets into Stellent (images, pdfs, html, etc)
HTML and image editing
XML editing
Word document editing with embedded styles
Will work within the Clear Quest tool to manage individual workload as tickets are assigned through this system by ECS administrators.
Responsible for meeting individual SLA levels (Severity 1: 4 business hour to 1 day turn around; Severity 2: 2-4 business day turn around; Severity 3: 5-10 business day turn around; Severity 4:

over 10 business day turn around)
resource is responsible for managing their own workload and working directly with either the customer on Lights On work, or back to the main ECS administrator or Team Lead for the Project

work.
