Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI: - Telephonic + Face 2 Face Need Only USC, GC Agile Environment - excellent communication skills. Work with teams developing killer apps in a trading floor environment. Requies highly thoughtful, creative problem solvers who can think on their feet. REQUIRES:- XML C SQL Server .Net C#  PRINICIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:     Establish a solid understanding of customer's business (Energy Trading/Finance), including drivers for economic and financial success    Work effectively as part of a team (e.g. paired programming) to develop solutions and enhance the knowledge of the team   Have the capability to define the problem and to design an appropriate solution     Have the ability to operate in an uncertain business environment, and deal with ambiguity from business partners     Has strong skills in developing user interfaces Ability to document a solution including business cases, testing documentation, application documentation, and design documentation.
