Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:- Telephonic Hire Only Description :: Design, implement, and deploy a robust set of Master Data Governance solutions to support specific global initiatives. These solutions ensure that accurate and timely data is provided to global commercial systems enabling customer, supplier, and inter-company business transactions (e.g., items, prices, costs, UOM's, weights and dimensions, etc.). Focus of this position is converting, enhancing, and loading data into single instance SAP ERP system to assure data assets are maintained within the required quality and sync parameters across multiple systems. Skills needed include: Strong knowledge of SAP MDM, Master Data Management, especially focused on Material Master data Strong emphasis on data mining, data profiling, and data cleanup – emphasis on technical skills in data mapping, data conversion and using LSMW tools to load data in SAP systems. Advanced report writing skills focused on measuring and controlling data quality and data sync Technical resource able to design and develop complex reports across systems Develop solutions to complex problems which may require some ingenuity and innovation. Good interpersonal and verbal/written skills; able to effectively communicate across technical and functional areas.  Work with data owners to understand the legacy data, gather requirements, and produce detailed mapping documents and load files Expert in MS Office suite, especially Excel, Access Expert in other high-capability reporting tools (Showcase, SQL) Highly motivated self-starter; can perform activities with little supervision/oversight   Major Accountabilities (Describe the 5-7 main results of the role to be achieved ) Use data definitions and standard business rules to convert and load product master data to single instance SAP system. Test and execute data transformations, extractions and migration activities Create data load files and scripts utilizing LSMW to direct load master data to SAP platform Create validation reports and oversee validation process for assigned data objects Work with data owners to understand the legacy data, gather requirements, and produce detailed mapping documents and load files Perform data analysis and recommend data cleansing opportunities  Participate in defining and documenting data standards Run reports monthly or as scheduled; generate outputs; distribute to sites Assist sites with diagnosing and correcting issues Work kickouts/exceptions; devise solutions to prevent recurrence (coordinate with sites and home office groups) Collaborate with sites to identify new issues, develop solutions, deploy, train, and repeat Maintain all solutions identified above as business needs change, and conduct re-training Design and lead data cleanup projects Lead and manage other complex, cross-functional special projects at request of GDM or S&OP management   Key Performance Indicators (Indicate how performance for this role will be measured) Commercial Programs and Product Launch Targets are met Product Master Data is available, correct, and current Master Data Integration and Conversion tasks, timelines and targets are met. Timely, complete and accurate Master Data as measured by periodic audits and KPI's Passed SOX testing and SOX audits for relevant master data controls     Background  (State the required education, experience level, and competency profile)   Education : Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science/Engineering Masters preferred PMP, APICS or similar certification Languages: Fluency in English essential Knowledge/Fluency of at least one other language preferred Experience:                      5-7 years in global master data management and SAP data conversion projects.
