Job description:

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Strong knowledge of Oracle Depot Repair, Oracle Service Contracts, Oracle Installed Base, Oracle Order Management, Oracle Advanced Pricing, and Oracle Warehouse Management.

·         Extensive experience implementing, customizing, and supporting the above Oracle modules

·         Partner with business representatives at all levels to identify needs, define and document requirements for solutions to address business opportunities. 

·         Develop detailed project requests including documenting detailed project objectives, business value statements, success criteria, and requirements.

·         Transform general or rough business ideas into detailed functional requirements that can be understood by the system developers.

·         Manage business requirements throughout the entire requirement lifecycle including test cycles.

·         Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies.
