Mandatory Skills:
1.       8 to 10 years of experience with Lawson HR, Benefits and payroll systems
2.       Experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, UNIX, Shell Scripting and MicroFocus COBOL.
 
Job Description:
1.       Maintain and support Lawson HR and Payroll systems
2.       Code, test and implement custom Lawson programs, screens or enhancements to vended programs
3.       Develop and test Oracle PL/SQL programs
4.       Implement and regression test for Lawson transfer packs, upgrades and any tax software upgrades in a Lawson environment
5.       Provide Functional guidance on Lawson HR, Benefits and Payroll functions
6.       Research system for any payroll and benefit related issues
7.       Debug Lawson programs, screens and Oracle PL/SQL to research issues
8.       Support and maintain Lawson programs and screens consumption in web/J2EE applications
9.       Understand US and Canada payroll, tax forms, tax filings and compliance requirements and execute compliance activities
10.   Project planning, execution and status reporting for time critical projects in HR and Payroll systems
