Mandatory Skills:
1. Looking for Strong warranty claims and integration of warranty with subcontracting process experience
2. 8 or more years of hand-on experience with SAP R/3 SAP plant Maintenance/EAM implementations
Job Description:
1. 8 or more years of hand-on experience with SAP R/3 SAP plant Maintenance/EAM implementations
2. Familiarity with SAP program objects and configuration that control the following SAP PM/EAM and MRO characteristics:
a. Warranty Claims, Action, Action Profiles
b. Integration of Warranty with Subcontracting process
c. Maintenance organization structure
d. Technical system – FL, Equipment
e. Master data related to technical s
y
stem, maintenance planning etc.f. Maintenance Processing
g. Maintenance Planning – Preventive and Predictive (time based maintenance, performance based maintenance)
h. Refurbishment Process
i. PMO and Labor Posting
j. Serial number management
k. Equipment calibration and testing
l. Maintenance reporting
m. PM/EAM KPI and KPM
n. Integration with cross modules – IM, MM, QM, FICO, PP
o. MRO Functionalities
3. Ability to define SAP ECC EAM solution in industry specific flavor
4. Understanding/exposure of SAP ECC EAM in Airline industry
5. Project experience in Airline industry is preferred
