Visa Status: GC / USC / TN / E3 / GC-EAD / H4-EAD / L2-EAD / H1B / OPT EAD
 
Mandatory Skills:
1.       Hands on knowledge on SharePoint 2010 / 2013
2.       Hands on knowledge on PowerShell scripts
3.       Hands on knowledge developing SharePoint components (C#, .Net)
4.       Ability to design solutions on SharePoint
5.       Effective communication (Client interfacing role)
6.       Ability to coordinate with the offshore team
 
Preferred Skills: Office 365
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.       Participate in feasibility meetings
2.       Extend help to offshore by developing components when needed
3.       Act as the interface to the CapOne business for the project
4.       Participate in the requirements sessions with the business along with the Business Analyst
5.       Responsible for the communications between the team and the application owners on any changes / updates to the application
6.       Coordinate with Offshore development team
7.       Make sure documentations delivered as part of the project follow the existing ESS templates
8.       Work on proof of Concepts when needed
9.       Prepare the high level design of the application
10.   Identify scope creep which could impact the overall delivery date and communicate with Scrum Master
11.   Get the design of the application reviewed with the Onshore Service Lead
12.   Perform the code review of the customizations
13.   Perform sanity testing on the application
14.   Submit the required CO for deployment / engage with IPS
