Job Description:
1.       Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
2.       Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews: and escalating functional quality, timeline issues appropriately.
3.       Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources
4.       Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed
5.       Manages one or more cross-functional projects of high complexity
6.       Responsible for the management of one or more medium to large-sized moderately to highly complex projects

Daily Tasks Performed:
1.       Leadership and oversight for Tech Refresh Program which includes understand plan vs. actual, supporting Project Managers, understanding activities, issues, risks for mitigation and countermeasures.
2.       Drive progress through the program
3.       Drive Process Standard/Execution and Continuous Improvement
4.       Plan vs. Actual management
5.       Escalation Management
6.       Issues/Resolutions
7.       Schedule Management
8.       Status Reporting
9.       Communication & reporting, status report generation, project/program scheduling/rescheduling.
10.   Plan/Verify all change management
 
Required Skills:
1.       Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
2.       Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is preferred
3.       Advanced ability to oversee and manage large, complex, diverse and strategic projects that impact the organization as a whole
4.       Advanced understanding and ability to management complex program and project budgets
5.       Advanced ability in implementing program and project plans, monitoring progress, resource usage and quality
6.       Advanced knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified
 
Business Experience:
1.       7 to 10 years of IT work experience
2.       5 years managing projects
 
Desired Skills:
1.       Strong relationship building with internal IS Resources, Business Lines and Strategic Outsourcing Partner.
2.       Able to converse work with architecture/technical team to steer direction/solutions
3.       Strong decision analysis skills - particularly in recommending the right direction/method/tool, processes improvements, and driving successful execution.
4.       Can take initiative and work with minimal supervision.  
5.       Lead by example and be a proactive agent of change and have conflict resolution and risk management experience.
6.       Experiencing in managing projects where there are 1 or more sub project (s)/components reporting upstream for the overall Program.
7.       Experience/knowledge with IT Infrastructure including technology towers: Servers Physical & Virtual (Wintel, AIX), Storage, Mainframe, Backup and Recovery.
8.       Comfortable presenting to a medium/large size audience.
