Job Title: Identity Support Engineer with Forefront Identity Manager experience
Work Location: Abbott Park, IL
Total Experience: 3+ years
Relevant Experience: 3+ years
Type of employment: Contract
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: 55 $/Hour
Client Name: One of the big MNC's
Visa Status: GC / USC / TN / E3 / GC-EAD / H4-EAD / L2-EAD / H1B / OPT EAD
 
Mandatory Skills:
1.       Minimum 3 years of hands on experience on Forefront Identity Manager 2010 R2 portal as well as FIM Synchronization service manager
2.       Hands on Experience working on C# .NET
3.       Experience to configure the out of the box Management Agents and custom Management Agents
4.       Experience in implementing a rules extension using C# .NET
5.       Knowledge about the Management Policy Rules, Sets and workflows
6.       Experience in implementing Powershell scripts
7.       Basic knowledge about the System Center Service Manager (SCSM) reporting module
8.       Should be able to work in an application support model and able to coordinate with offshore team members
 
Preferred skills: Any Identity tool hands-on experience with the knowledge of Identity management
 
Job Responsibility:
1.       Provide the workaround for the user issues based on the request
2.       Analyze the existing issue to identify the root cause
3.       Resolve the issue in the existing identity environment based on the root cause
4.       Offshore co-ordination calls on a daily basis
