Mandatory Skills:
1.       Experience configuring and administering Spotfire Server components TIBCO Spotfire, Application Data Services and Automation Services
2.       Should be familiar with Spotfire Administrative tasks, installation/configuration of servers and clients
3.       Managing and Migration of Spotfire contents, Security Setup, designing Information Links, setting up licenses and preferences
4.       Deploying Spotfire Packages and upgrade (specifically 7.0 to current 7.6x)
 
Required Skills & Experience:
5.       Professional and user facing experience
6.       Experience configuring and administering Spotfire Server components TIBCO Spotfire, Application Data Services and Automation Services
7.       Should be familiar with Spotfire Administrative tasks, installation/configuration of servers and clients
8.       Managing and Migration of Spotfire contents, Security Setup, designing Information Links, setting up licenses and preferences
9.       Deploying Spotfire Packages and upgrade (specifically 7.0 to current 7.6x)
10.   Experience in user training, resolving day to day issues and coordination with TIBCO technical support
11.   Expert in the creation of dashboards, reports, information links, and teaching users how to do so
12.   Working experience/conceptual knowledge in BI/DWH/ETL concepts and tools
13.   Typically this resource will have 3-5 years of experience with the TIBCO Spotfire Analytical Platform Administration including Spotfire Web Player and TIBCO Spotfire Professional client.
 
What this resource will do:
1.       Optimize current environment
2.       Evaluate current application setup and optimize for:
a.       User Access
b.      Access Control
c.       Performance
3.       Establish environmental standards
4.       Assemble book of knowledge for turnover and on-going operations
5.       Mentor current Spotfire Administrator (Primary and Secondary) on the Administrator best practices
6.       Implement Self-Service Strategy as:
a.       Administrator (setup and management) – will be performed in conjunction with current administrator
b.      Information Links
c.       Access Control
7.       End-user resource support - for questions regarding environment
a.       This function should be about 10% of the time spent (no after hours from users)
