Essential Skills:
Strong Standards Based HTML Development (4+ Years)
CSS (4+ Years)
Strong JavaScript (4+ Years)
Experience with SEO and Accessibility Factors
XML (2+ years)
Current experience with a templating framework (1+ Year)
Current Experience with Content Management Systems (1+ Year)
Experience with such IDEs as Dreamweaver, Eclipse or IntelliJ
Source version control (Subversion/CVS)
Good written and verbal skills

 

Additional Desirable Skills:
Java/JSP
jQuery or other JS Framework
Understand UI Performance strategies
CMS System such as Vignette or Day CQ5
Experience with Agile or other structured methodologies Qualifications

 

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent;

 

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years of related experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle multiple

projects.
