MANDATORY SKILLS
Minimum of eight (8) years IT experience, with a minimum of five (5) years experience developing n-tier applications in a JAVA/JEE

Working knowledge of and experience in creating UML diagrams such as class diagrams, sequence diagrams, use case models, activity

diagrams, deployment diagrams, and statechart diagrams.
Minimum two (2) years experience in developing Java based Web Services and exposure to JAX-WS/JAXB.
Skill and experience actively working with XML or XML Schema.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills for documenting architectures and designs, and interacting with various technical and business stakeholders.

Experience with leading development teams in following full software life-cycle methodologies, such as RUP and Agile.
Experience with ORM tools, such as Hibernate and JPA.
Experience with IBM Message Broker.
Experience with JSR168, JSR268 portlet standards and/or JSF.
Experience in implementing systems using JMS.
Experience using XSL style sheets.
Experience in building web applications using tools such as Struts, JSF, JSP, JavaScript, AJAX or CSS.
Experience with Business Process Monitoring, Business Process Execution Language concepts/annotations/tool-sets.
Experience with Service Oriented Architecture concepts/tools/etc.
