Location:   Harrisburg , PA

Duration:   6 Months

 

My client has an immediate need for : Salesforce Business Analyst

 

Mandatory Skills Specific responsibilities include:

• Maintain CRM user accounts, best practices, features and campaign creation.
• Support the internal database operations processes to ensure data validation and integrity.
• Manage page layouts, fields, and system interface/capabilities.
• Maintain internal suppression files for digital marketing/direct marketing.
• Maintenance of data entry standards & data integrity process.
• Build & monitor standard analysis and reporting for marketing campaigns.
• Produce statistical reports and dashboards for campaign performance,
• CRM data and website usage.
• Help business unit users as needed/on demand with their issues.
• Keep current on CRM best practices through training and user group forums.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in dynamic and automated e-mail marketing and content management.
• Strong writing skills.
• Advanced experience with marketing functions of Salesforce.com.
• Knowledge of mass email service provider;
• ExactTarget.com preferred.
• Multi-tasking team player with an eye for detail with excellent follow-through and accountability for quality of work.
• Knowledge in XML, HTML and/or Java languages helpful.

Corp HQ is being sees as overhead and dictating what needs to be done; the BU?s are very busy with their work and the person needs to have the ability to re-assure we are there helping the BU, optimizing their sales efficiently w/o taken away there jobs ..
