Title: Siebel CRM Technical Lead
Location: Foster City CA
Duration: 12 Months plus
ROLE: Siebel CRM Technical Lead
REQ - Configuration, Script and Workflow are key elements to this role.
Responsibilities:
This role requires Functional and technical knowledge of Siebel CRM and the Service/Call Center functionality. Must have hands-on experience working with Siebel including multiple design-build-run implementations, which will be put to use in overseeing the work of the onsite and offshore teams. For critical system issues, this resource will need to lead response/resolution activities, providing coordination and technical direction across onshore, offshore, and client support teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Strong hands-on experience in Siebel to lead technical design for application, integration and data conversion design
-Lead Siebel technical team to provide application support and incident management
-Lead application development work stream through technical design, build and testing
-Strong experience or understanding of Siebel Architecture. Experience or knowledge in Siebel Admin is a plus
-Proactive in providing directions to the technical team
-Good communication skills
PREFERRED but not required:
Experience with the Siebel CRM eSupport/Self-service Siebel front-end application a plus. Experience with Siebel CRM OnDemand and OBIEE Analytics/Informatica preferred but not required.
