{Job Junction} Business System Consultant with Banking Exp

Hi All

Location:  Chandler, AZ  

Duration : 6+Months

Minimum Qualifications:

 

·         Facilitating high performing technically diverse teams in a cross functional environment.

·         Proven relationship management skills and the ability to rapidly establish and leverage key working relationships with vendors and companion/partnering organizations.

·         A performance record that suggests superior judgment and maturity working within a collaborative matrix organization.

·         The person must be capable of gaining credibility with the companion/partnering organizations quickly. Furthermore, this individual must possess strong influencing and communication skills as well as possess a heightened sense of urgency and resolve.

·         The ability to operate effectively within a decentralized geographically dispersed organization.

·         A bachelor's degree and/or fifteen years of information technology and/or consulting expertise preferably within the financial services industry.

·         Some travel required

·         Must be flexible to change or extend work hours based on dynamic job requirements and demands

·         Proven success managing technical projects.

·         Strong verbal & written communication skills.

·         Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills.

·         Proven ability to lead and develop technical system requirements working with end users and subject matter experts.

·         Strong understanding of business workflow modeling and tools.

·         Expert skill level with Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, & Word

Web Development : HTML, Web Development : C# .Net, Client Server

Development : SQL, Client Server Development : C# .Net, Analysis

Skills : UML, Analysis Skills : Business Analysis
