Job Title:         Senior Java Developer/designer/Architect needed in Seattle

LOCATION:      Seattle, WA

DURATION:      12 months

 

PROJECT

·        Focus on the integration and migration of a new Cloud Services offering product onto a new platform.

·        The service is based on 3 tiered architecture (Java, Oracle, Unix).

·        Will be responsible for design, integration and impact analysis of this business critical project.

 

SKILLS

·         Java development, architecture & design work ·         Cloud Services., Web Services or E-commerce experience ·         Senior level expertise in Java, Unix and Oracle ·         Experience with high volume data storage, availability and connectivity. ·         Plan and implement system migration ·         Work with vendor and advice on system architecture modifications to complement existing systems and network. ·         Re-architect existing system to handle new environment/hardware ·         Ensure stability of operation and high availability of the network and data center

·         Demonstrated experience systems integration design, planning and execution in a 3 tiered architecture environment. ·         Experience in long term planning, design within budget, scope, timescales and maintaining a high quality of service. ·         Experience deploying cross platform, cutting-edge technology to deliver strategically redundant systems with high volume databases and high real-time transaction throughput in security sensitive architecture
