Role and Responsibility
1. Design and code Win and Web applications in .NET 4.0.
2. Coordinate with Product owner to understand the scope.
3. Work with Technical Architect and Lead to deliver against the scope defined.
4. Work in an Agile team to deliver sprint/release.

Demonstrated Experience
1. At least 5+ years of experience combining analysis, design, development and implementation of OO based applications.
2. Experience in with VB.NET/C#, Preferably on VS 2010 with .NET 4.0. Real delivery experience with the .NET framework including C#/VB.NET and ASP.NET
3. Experience in SQL Server 2005/ 2008
4. Experience in WCF, LINQ or any ORM (like Entity Framework)
5. Ability to identify and implement Patterns
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills
7. Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
8. Strong debugging skills in Javascript and multi tier apps
